Is the hair 100% human hair?
Yes. All Naevella bundles are made from 100% human hair. Our collections include both virgin and raw hair designed for soft, full and long-lasting installs.
Can the hair be dyed or styled?
Yes. Our hair can be dyed, curled and straightened. For best results we recommend having the hair coloured by a professional stylist.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
For most installs we recommend:
14" – 18" → 2–3 bundles
20" – 24" → 3–4 bundles
If you prefer a fuller look Orders & Shipping
or longer lengths, you may require an additional bundle.
How long does the hair last?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after the order has been shipped.
How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final once the package has been opened or the hair has been used.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will assist you.
